Individual Therapy
One-on-one sessions with adults, youth, and children, in an affirming, validating, strength-based, trauma-informed, non-judgemental container.
Couples+ Counselling
Romantic partners start a relationship, extending/expanding their relationship/relationships, navigating communication, and reconciling their values.
Romantic partners navigate their relationship/s through similar/familiar intergenerational and childhood trauma and repeated patterns.
Parents are to be, navigating their abilities and limitations (systemic, biological and/or social barriers) in having kids biologically, through adoption and/or fostering.
Adoptive and/or foster parents.
Family members/chosen family members/friends navigating conflict, communication, reconciliation, boundaries, etc.
Parent-Child Therapy
Centring collective healing, building bridges and developing ways of communication, understanding, conflict resolution and reconciliation. It includes sessions with parent/s, child, and both parent/s and their child. Focused on psychoeducation, examining attachment patterns, modelling and role-playing.
Also available for children ages 3 to 17, youth, adults and their parent/s/caregivers.
Collective/Group Therapy
Is a form of counselling/therapy in which a therapist works with a small group of four to eight clients. Groups are formed with a focus on one main experience while allowing for more connected experiences and emotions to organically emerge during the group session.
